Donna St. Rock is an ordained minister under SPAN (Secret Place Association Network) and Shirley Arnold Ministries. Because of her painful past, she has genuine compassion for lost souls and has established outreaches to destitute local neighborhoods, including Bible studies, Saturday night services in a pool hall, food and clothing relief, and networking with community services. She has a vision to establish homes for the healing and restoration of hurting women.
